Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between web design and web development?+

Design is how the site looks and reads; development is the engineering underneath it — the CMS, the database, integrations and custom functionality. Most projects need both, which is why we handle them together. See our web design page for the design side.

Which platforms do you build on?+

WordPress and WooCommerce for content-led and ecommerce sites, Laravel for custom backends and web applications, and React for interactive front ends — chosen based on what the project actually needs, not a default stack.

Can you build a custom portal or web application, not just a website?+

Yes. Portal and custom software development is core work for us — classified-style platforms, member portals and bespoke web applications built around real workflows.

Can you migrate our existing site to a new platform?+

Yes. Migrating content, products and URLs across without breaking existing search rankings is part of a standard development scope, not an afterthought.

What's the difference between web development services and a full web development company?+

Not much in practice. "Web development services" usually refers to the specific build — the code itself — while a web development company like ours also handles scoping, integrations and support around it. You're getting the same underlying engineering either way.

Do you offer custom web development, or only pre-built solutions?+

Both, depending on what the project needs. A well-configured WordPress or WooCommerce build is a legitimate, cost-effective choice for a lot of businesses. Custom web development — a backend and features built from scratch — suits projects a pre-built platform genuinely can't handle.
